JfHR’s Disclaimer (ISSN 1748-7811 eISSN 1748-782X)
The JfHR will not request from its authors to transfer their copyright. It is not, therefore, a condition of any article’s publication. An author can retain copyright in her or his paper, but we must receive a formal signed statement by mail or email (legal name, date, full current/home address and phone number will ensure the signature in an email form) licensing us to publish the work exclusively, worldwide, and in all forms, in the periodical.
The Editorial retain the right to edit the article and / or material in a way that do not conflict the writer’s use of language and metaphors but to ensure that matches the academic correctness and the overall periodical’s presentation.
There are no prevention to further exploit contributing material. Certain ‘moral rights’, however, were conferred on authors by the UK Copyright Designs and Patents Act in 1988. In the UK an author’s ‘right of paternity’, the right to be credited whenever the work is published, requires that this right be asserted in writing. In assigning copyright an author is not forfeited her or his other proprietary rights.
However, we request that authors inform us of such reproduction, and we oblige them to acknowledge and cite the periodical as the original source of publication.
All contents and services of JfHR are for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction of any kind, for profit purposes, without prior permission from the Editorial management and/or the Publisher is a violation of international copyright laws. The Journal and its authors’ written, audiovisual material and images / pictures are under the protection of the UK Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. Usage of the Journal contents for non-profit purposes and for educational purposes is free as long as you keep the original copyright of the authors and a citation and / or full referent of the source is displayed clearly. JfHR has no responsibility for the contents of other web-sites listed and for personal opinions expressed in the JfHR’s contents.
